Trauma therapy for your deepest flourishing

No matter what
you've been through, healing is possible

How I work
No matter what struggles you experience,
you carry an innate healing and transformative capacity within you.
No matter what wounds you carry or how broken you feel,
your core being is unharmed and unharmable.
No matter how badly you feel about yourself,
you can experience deep self-love and acceptance of all parts of you
(even the parts that feel unlovable and unacceptable).
______________
In our work together I want you to know deeply that you matter. I want you to feel delighted in and celebrated in your uniqueness. Seen and known in your core goodness and power. Accepted in your messy, complex humanness. Accompanied in painful places where previously you were alone. And ultimately, to live from a place of self-love and strength, connected to your capacity to weather the challenges of life and to show up in the world as your wonderful, unique self.
I draw on a wealth of knowledge, training, and experience to deftly guide you in your healing process. My work weaves together attachment therapy, somatic therapy, parts work & inner child work, as well as spiritual approaches. This approach allows us to transform trauma at its core, so that trauma symptoms such as anxiety, depression, shame and self-attack dissolve. Having been on my own deep healing journey, I know this work from the inside out and would be honoured to support you in yours.

Who I work with
I work with anyone who is struggling with trauma, or thinks they might be struggling with trauma (many people don't realise their challenges are trauma-related due to a lack of trauma awareness in our society -- thankfully this is starting to change!)
Trauma symptoms can be anywhere from mild to severe, and can show up as anxiety, depression, shame, harsh self-criticism, self-disgust, self-harm, people pleasing, a perpetual feeling of unsafety, a sense of aloneness, not trusting other humans, hopelessness and despair, feeling like you don't belong on the planet or don't deserve to belong on the planet, suicidal thoughts, uncontrollable-feeling outbursts of anger or rage, and addictions.
Attachment trauma, which many people are unaware of experiencing, can have a big impact on romantic relationships. I work from an attachment-focused approach with couples to nurture a sense of security and strong communication skills between partners.
I specialise in working with neurodivergent people -- this includes highly sensitive people (HSPs), gifted people, and spiritually sensitive people. I am LGBTQIA+ and polyamory-affirming.
